Ramps come from motorway_link ways, the headcount for blocking on and off ramps.
Overpasses are local roads whose bridge geometry crosses the route, the structures needing someone stationed on top; mainline interstate bridges are excluded since nobody mans those.
Crossings are median openings in the roadway where traffic can cross between directions; add them manually on the map (right-click) and each one counts as one staff member.
Overpass detection is a geometric proxy and may miss a structure where OSM tagging is incomplete, so treat it as a close estimate, not a certified count.
